LUCERO, Karen Diane, 54, passed away on September 7, 2011. She was born on October 26, 1956 to James H. and Anne B. Chandler and was a longtime member of Tree of Life East in Appomattox, Va. Karen was a U.S. Navy veteran and a loving mother to Timothy Michael Lucero and grandmother of Brandon M. Lucero and Aiden C. Rhodes. She is also survived by her brother, James E. Chandler; nieces and nephews, Misty Partello, Chandler Partello, Collin Partello, Jessica Partello, Isabella Chandler and Jonathon Chandler.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 10 to 11 a.m., with the funeral service starting at 11 a.m. at the Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel, 1771 N.
