DUGGER, Matthew L., 36, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015. He is survived by his parents, James and Lucy Dugger; brothers, Shawn Dugger (Tiffany) and Chris Dugger; nephew, Cayden Dugger; girlfriend, Carrie Taylor; numerous other family members and close friends; and his beloved dog, Brody. Matt was a kind, caring, fun guy who loved his family and friends, his dog, the beach, Duke, and the Dallas Cowboys. He will be greatly missed. A celebration of Matt's life will be held at a later date.
