Peggy Bowen Coleman, 74, passed away April 29, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Alma Bowen; sisters, Shirley Mitchell and Dorothy McGhee. She is survived by her loving children, Reevie Marrin III, Gwen Oliver and Todd Coleman; sister, Betty Bowen Wilson; brother, Dan Bowen; beloved grandchildren, Taylor, Jessica, Holly, Morgan, Cody, Reese and Reid; nephews, Clayton, Mutt, "J Bird" and Joe; nieces, Donna, Tina, Kim and Lindsay. Peggy retired from C & P Telephone Company after 35 years of service. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 3, at 11 a.m., with the family receiving friends one hour prior at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 North Parham Rd. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park. The family requests contributions to Hospice.
