Goodrich, Rebekah Dickerson, 85, passed away peacefully with her Lord and Savior on September 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilmer Goodrich; parents, Carlton and Sadie Dickerson; siblings, Carl Dickerson, Jean Windsor, Sarah Cox, David Dickerson and Jerry Dickerson; nephew, Brandon Dickerson. She is survived by her nieces and nephews and their families, Douglas Windsor, Kenneth Windsor, Bruce Windsor, Beth Blackburn, Debra Coleman, Craig Cox, Tyron Dickerson, Tanya Dickerson, Tammy Land and Michelle Johnson; Sister-in-law, Charlene Dickerson, and many other extended family members in both Virginia and North Carolina. Becky was born and raised in Reidsville, N.C. After graduating from college, she moved to Richmond, Va., where she met and married the love of her life, Will, and later retired from Reynolds Metals Company. Becky was very strong in her faith and for many years an active member of First Baptist Church, as well as serving in several other community organizations. A loving and devoted sister, aunt, and friend, she had a knack for making others feel special and was the glue that connected her family. Her family will miss her deeply, but know there is a joyous reunion in heaven, where she is reunited with her husband, parents, siblings and nephew. A Visitation will take place on Saturday October 01, 2022 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., following the Visitation there will be a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at the Parham Road Chapel of Woody Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
