Rosemarie E. Featherston, 80, of Richmond, Va., went to her rest on January 9. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Robert Featherston. She is survived by her two sons, Eric and Michael, and her daughter, Laura.
The daughter of German immigrants, Rosemarie and her husband were members of Deutscher Sports Club Richmond and frequently enjoyed 10-K volksmarches and celebrating Oktoberfest with the group. She was a retired court reporter who enjoyed participating in canine agility, tracking & nose work competitions with her dog, Cleo. She was a member of the Richmond Camera Club and was an accomplished concert violinist. She will be missed.
A memorial ceremony will be held this Spring on a date to be determined.
