Jack Thomas Kirk, 78, died Thursday November 10, 2011 at the V. A. Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday at Franklin Baptist Church, Flora, MS. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00pm till 7:00pm at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home Ridgeland, MS, and 10:00am Sat. at the Church. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
Mr. Kirk was a lifelong resident of Madison County, member of Franklin Baptist Church, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, retired from Key Construction Company. He was preceded in death by a son, Sammy Wayne Roberts and a sister, JoNell Nutter.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann Kirk, Flora, MS, son, David Franklin Roberts, Pass Christian, MS, daughter, Linda Jamell, Virginia Beach,VA., seven grand children, three great grandchildren,and a sister, Myrna Whitehead, Ridgeland, MS
