

Services are Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Richard's Catholic Church with a private family burial at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Norfield. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street in Downtown Jackson, MS. Visitation will also be at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning before the funeral at St. Richards.
Mrs. Lohrmann, a Brookhaven native, was a graduate of the University of Mississippi. She married her college sweetheart, Jerome "Jerry" Lohrmann. She later became a homemaker and mother. She also volunteered with organizations such as the bereavement committee of St. Richard's Catholic Church. The role that brought her greatest pride was being a wife and raising her two children.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Jera L. Kesselring (Bob) of Atlanta, GA; son, Jeff Lohrmann (Melissa) of Ridgeland, MS; grandchildren, Morgan Leanne Rossi (Anthony), Kelsey G. Kesselring, Tanner J. Kesselring, and Nick A. Weaver; great grandchild, Laila Rossi; sister, Joyce B. Callender.
She is preceeded in death by her husband, Jerome "Jerry" Lohrmann; mother, Elsie Mae Magee Brown, father, Alton Brown, and brother, Gene Allen Brown.
In lieu of flowers, family request memorials to be sent to American Cancer Society, 1380 Livingston Lane, Jackson, MS or MARL (Mississippi Animal Rescue League) 5221 Greenway Dr. EXD, Jackson, MS.
