Patricia Joanne Hrbac

Mrs. Patricia Joanne Evers Hrbac, 85, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Preceding her in death were her parents Herman George Evers and Thelma Winters Evers of Toledo,Ohio and brothers, William Evers and Donald Evers of Toledo. Mrs. Hrbac is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 65 years, Emil Hrbac, Jr, and her children Caren (Bob) Smalley of Madison, MS; Carl (Martha) Hrbac of Lititz, PA; Tom (Camille) Hrbac of Clinton, MS; and Eric (Maha) Hrbac of Manlius, NY. She is also survived by her most beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Joanne will be lovingly remembered for her generosity and devotion as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting beautiful afghans, and reading. While living in Oregon, OH, she was an active member of The Garden Club.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Jon Michael Beall and the staff at Baptist Medical Center for their excellent, loving care and compassion.

A memorial service will be held at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland, MS on Monday July 1, 2013. Visitation will be at 9:00 A.M. with the service following at 10:00 A.M. Officiating will be Rev. Stephen Koenig, pastor of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Clinton, MS.

Memorials may be made to St. Richard Catholic School's Special Kids' Program, Jackson, MS or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , Memphis, TN.
