Reverend Robert (Bob) F. Lowe, born March 27,1917 died March 31, 2013 A good and faithful servant of The Lord has entered into Heaven. Originally from North Carolina, he made his home among the people he served as a church planter in Mississippi, Utah, Illinois, and as a pastor again in Mississippi.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Lowe; four siblings; an infant daughter; one granddaughter; and his beloved wife of 63 years Dorothy Woods Lowe.
He is survived by a brother and sister; his daughters: Carol Hotchkiss (Bob); Susan Tidwell (Jack Merrill); Kay Reed (Mike); Rose Cosier; Margaret Andrews (David); 13 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be Tuesday, 5-7 p.m. at Wright & Ferguson on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland. The funeral service will also be at Wright & Ferguson Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Lakewood South.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering of First Baptist Church of Madison.
