Fern Wolff Pino

She was born April 4, 1913, in Sault St. Marie, Ontario, Canada and moved to Maple Shade, New Jersey and later to Marlton, New Jersey, Fern and her husband after moving from Marlton, made her home in Patrick County for the last thirty eight years and was a retired secretary. Fern was a loving, caring and compassionate person...she helped her friends and neighbors when she saw a need and supported many charities. With her wonderful sense of humor and her quick wit she was a joy to know and was a friend to everyone she met. She loved traveling, gardening and caring for her pets...Especially her two horses, Mia and Lady. Mrs. Pino was a member of the Stella Christian Church, Spencer, Virginia.She was preceded in death by her parents to the late Ernest J. Wolff and Sadie Nugent “Lillian” Wolff and her two husband’s George Albertson and Anthony F. Pino. Surviving are her longtime friends and caretakers, T.J. Meade and Jeannie Meade, Greg and Gayle Meade and their children, Hannah and Wesley, Patrick and Phyllis Meade, and their children, Brook and Hunter, Sarah and Rob Keffer, and their son, Jasper Douglas.T.J. and Jeannie Meade wish to thank the nurses and staff at Landmark Center and Mountain Valley Hospice for the loving care given to Fern over the past three years.Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M.
