Martha Frances Allen

1936 to the late John Wendall Allen and Frances Elizabeth Howard Allen. She was retired from St. Paul Library as a Clerk. She was a member of the Retail Clerk’s

Union and Providence United Methodist Church.

Surviving are four sisters, Sharon Miller of Gerrardstown, W.VA, Rosa Lee Peterson of Wildwood, Georgia, Robin Allen Kinkead of Martinsburg, W.VA., and Mary Jo Leet

of Patrick Springs, two brothers, Burgess Allen of Eldersburg, Maryland and Kenneth Allen of Martinsburg, W.VA.

A memorial service will be held 7-9p.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 at Providence United Methodist Church with Minister David Westmoreland officiating. The family will

receive friends during those times following services
