
Arthur Conn, 89, of Hemet, California, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of service, craftsmanship, and a deep love for his family.
Born on December 19, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio, Arthur was the son of the late Lester and Mary Conn. He grew up in Ohio alongside his siblings, Tom, Carol, and Jeannie, before embarking on a life that would take him across the globe.
Arthur proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his time in the service, he combined his leadership skills with his love for the arts, running the Entertainment Division for the Army in Germany and Korea. He was dedicated to bringing a sense of home and joy to those serving overseas, a mission he carried out with great pride and success.
In his personal life, Arthur was a man of deep commitment. In his younger years, he was married to his first wife, Kristine. For 30-plus years, he was the devoted husband of C.A., with whom he built a beautiful life filled with shared adventures and a home in Hemet.
Arthur is survived by his three sons and their wives, Sean (Carrie), David (Heather), and Zach (Alex); and his six grandsons, Jacob, Daniel, Lucas, Connor, Ian, and J.J. He is also survived by his siblings, Tom, Carol, and Jeannie, and a community of friends who will miss his steady hand and sharp wit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Mary and wife C.A.
