Bartola Esquivel was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, faithful woman of God, and the true matriarch of our family. Born in El Naranjo, Durango, Mexico, she built a beautiful life rooted in faith, sacrifice, love, and family unity alongside her beloved husband, Heriberto Esquivel, with whom she shared 66 beautiful years of marriage.
Together they raised 11 children, 24 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. Her home was always filled with warmth, prayer, homemade meals, laughter, wisdom, and unconditional love. She was the heart of our family and touched everyone around her with grace, humility, strength, and unwavering faith.
Mom will forever be remembered as our safe place, our foundation, and the light that guided generations of our family.
