Cesar is lovingly remembered by his children Katherine and Cesar, his grandchildren Jayleen and Andres, his wife Beatriz, his mother Severina, his sisters Silvia, Bertha, Catalina, Margarita, Wendy, Fabiola, Erika, and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Cesar is predeceased by his father Remigio and his sister Blanca Nieves.
