Dennis Henry Lynaugh

morning of Wednesday June 15, 2016 surrounded by his family in Riverside,

CA.

Dennis Lynaugh was born in Escanaba, Michigan to Henry Lawrence Lynaugh and

Rose Lucia (Lasnoski) Lynaugh on October 8, 1936. He was the first of two

sons. He graduated from Gladstone High School in 1954. He attended

Marquette University. He was employed with Honeywell for 43 years. He has

lived in WI, IN, IA, and in 1982 moved to Riverside, CA. He enjoyed

woodworking, gardening, building projects, computers and golf. He was a Ham

Radio Operator (W9GCS) and was a member of the Riverside County Amateur

Radio Association. He was a member of the Inland Koi Society, where he was

the President from January 2011-2013 and a member of the Board of Directors.

He attended Saint Catherine's Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He married Dorothy Dierbeck in 1957 in Milwaukee, WI. He is survived by his

wife of 58 years Dorothy and their eight children: Keith (Blandey) Lynaugh

of Riverside, CA; Brian (Lisa) Lynaugh of Folsom, CA; Dennis (Anne) Lynaugh,

JR of Costa Mesa, CA; Kevin (Shelley) Lynaugh of Carlsbad, CA; Michael

(Debbie) Lynaugh of Orange, CA; Kathleen Lynaugh of Aliso Viejo, CA; Peter

(Amy) Lynaugh of Frisco, TX; and Karen (Michael) Phelps of Aliso Viejo. He

leaves behind fourteen grandchildren: Lauren, Brianna, Allison, Gabriella,

Mark, Kinsey, Kellen, Karissa, Nicholas, Brandon, Hailey, Raleigh, Kyle and

Connor. He is survived by his younger brother Daryl Lynaugh of Sturtevant,

WI. He is preceded in death by his parents, many aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at Saint Catherine's Catholic Church in

Riverside, CA on Thursday July 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM. A reception will

follow at the church.
