Gilberto Reyes, 71, of Corona, CA, passed away November 13, 2020. He was born in El Monte, CA on October 7, 1949. Gilberto graduated from Amphitheater High School in Tucson, AZ and received a Track and Field scholarship from University of Arizona. He was married to Ginger Johnson on August 16, 1993. Gilberto was a Native American Disabled Veteran of the Vietnam War (1969 - 1972). He had a passion for participating in California's state outdoor play and the Ramona Pageant for 27 years. He is survived by his wife Ginger, children Camille Reyes, Venus Reyes, Gilberto Reyes Jr., Justin Reyes, Randy Reyes and Mikaela (Reyes) Ayala, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and his brother Henry Vega, a.k.a. Wayne Everett.
