Joe was born in Guam. He was a proud US Navy Vietnam Veteran. Survived by his wife Herlinda Cruz, 4 children, Chele, Maria, Marsha & Joe Jr., Son in law Raul Granados, daughter in law Veronica Cruz, 10 beautiful grandchildren & 2 great granddaughters. He was truly the best. He was the life of the party. He had that charm, charisma & personality like no other. He was loved by so many and he loved his family more than life itself.
