Judy was born on September 9, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA. She was the third daughter of John and Eilene Hubbart. The family moved to Riverside CA where Judy met her husband of 58 years, Ralph Mills. Both Ralph and Judy attended Rubidoux High School. They had three children, John Mills of Rialto, Kristal Mackey of Riverside, and Amy Mills Haffter of Beaumont.
Judy had various secretarial jobs with her last job being the executive secretary to the city manager in Fontana, CA. Judy retired from that job in 2002. Judy's most rewarding job was sharing her love of Christ with others. She attended the Bloomington Church of the Nazarene (Now the Bridge Church) for most of her life. Judy was very involved in the children's ministry, she was a Sunday school teacher, she sang in the choir, she was involved with the senior ministry and much more.
When Judy wasn't working or at church, she was supporting her husbands love of boat racing. She spent many hours cooking and feeding her boys along with anything else they may need. Judy was a mother to all of them.
Judy loved life, most of all she loved her family. She welcomed 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren into this world. She was a light that shown bright wherever she went, she always had a smile on her face and she had a little giggle that couldn't be forgotten if you ever heard it. There wasn't a person that Judy wouldn't help out. She gave of her money, of her time, and of her love. Every Christmas she made up bags for the homeless and passed them out. She was dedicated to helping people weather it be the homeless or the elderly in convalescent homes that had no one to visit them. She did whatever she could to make their day just a little bit better. Judy was the perfect example of a Godly woman and a dedicated Christian.
Judy is survived by: her husband Ralph, three children; son John (Lisa) Mills, her daughter Kristal Mackey and son in law Pat Mackey, her daughter Amy Mills Haffter, sisters Cherie and Joyce, 7 grandchildren; Kasie, Johnny, Christopher, Breeana, Megan, Jaren and Abbey and 7 great-grandchildren; Kody, Tate, Declan, Meadow, Zoey, Jack and Ellie, along with many adored nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed.
It is the families request that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Cancer Society or to Autism Society Inland Empire in Judy's memory.
