Born and raised in Riverside to Victoria and Gonzalo Fragoza, Leticia graduated from Ramona High School and went on to attend Long Beach State.A talented crafter and artist, she turned her passion into a career as an entrepreneur. She was the proud owner of her own craft business, organized and ran multiple craft shows as the promoter in Upland, and owned a caregiving company.Leticia generously gave her time as a volunteer fundraiser for St. Catherine’s School events, including the festival, Mother Son Dance, Father Daughter Dance, and as food and games chairwoman. She also supported Meals on Wheels in Riverside and various Alzheimer’s organizations.She loved traveling and created cherished memories visiting Hawaii, Florida, Maine, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Lake Tahoe, the Mexican Riviera, and enjoyed camping at the beach.Leticia will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her creativity, kindness, and dedication to her family and community.
