Louis was born in Negros Oriental, Philippines on October 3, 1943. He graduated from Union High School, Manila, Philippines in 1962 and went on to pursue a career in film making.
Louis is survived by Jane, his loving wife of 22 years, his brothers Vic and Eric, sisters, Francine, Yazmine, Christine, Moonyeen, and Cherrylynne.
Louis enjoyed reading, writing, watching sports (especially basketball), movies, and spending time with his family.
The memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Acheson and Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary – Chapel located at 7944 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California 92504
