Richard Henry Medina

Richard Henry Medina, 78, a native of Riverside, CA was born on December 19, 1944, to Henry and Mary Medina. God called him home on Monday, January 9, 2023. He is predeceased by his parents, his brother Danny, two nephews, Danny Medina, Jr., Louis Romero, and his brother-in-law, Ian Dalgetty. He is survived by his wife Maria of 46 years; two sisters, Marlene Dalgetty, and Sandy (Jerry) Romero both of Jurupa Valley, his brother, Ron (Jolene) of Santa Maria, his sisters-in-law Stella Medina of Riverside and Carole (Ruben) Arias of Indio. He leaves behind a large family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Richard graduated from Ramona High School in 1962 and attended Riverside City College before entering the Army National Guard in 1965. He worked several different jobs, but sales were his passion, he retired after 35 years in car sales.

A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with rosary at 5:00 PM, at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Catherine of Alexandria, 7005 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. A graveside service will take place Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Olivewood Cemetery, 3300 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506.
