Ronald Lee West

Ron was born on September 20, 1944 to May Johnson, and Leonard West. He graduated from Poly High School in 1962.

In 1963, Ron met Cheryl Schoppe at Tuxies Drive-In. They married in 1965 and had two children, Scott and Christine.

His career started in construction and he went on to own his own business building portable office buildings. Once retired Ron enjoyed traveling across the country, being a member of the Riverside Rickshaw Car Club, being on their boat, and spending time with his family and his buddy Sullivan their springer spaniel.

Ron was predeceased by Alta May and Leonard West. He is survived by his siblings, Carolyn Willis and Richard West and loving nieces and nephew. He was a loving husband to his wife Cheryl of 59 years. A devoted father to his son Scott and his wife Jill, their children Shelby and Sam, his daughter Christine and her husband Rob, their children Haley (husband Dylan) and Shannon, plus bonus daughter Laurie (husband John) their children Danielle and Travis (wife Brooke) and great-grandson Axel.
