Rosendo Moreno Zamora

Our beloved Rosendo also known as (Ross or Chendo),passed away peacefully at his home on February 22,2025. Just after his 88th birthday. He was born on February 20th,1937 in Santiago Michoacan, Mexico.

He married Rosie Peguero the love of his life on May 20th,1967. They celebrated 57 years of marriage. He worked as a custodian at Monroe Elementary school until he retired in 2008. He had the biggest heart and was the most generous man. He always loved working in the yard and he had an incredible green thumb. He could make anything grow. He was such a compassionate man with so much love for his family and friends always willing to help anyone that needed it. He made friends wherever he went because he was so kind. He had such a passion for life and lived his life to the fullest until his last breath. He is survived by his beautiful wife Rosie Zamora and daughters Guadalupe Zamora, Josephine Lemus, son-in-law Lorenzo Lemus, Anita Zamora, and grandchildren Steve Zamora,Reina and Isaac Frias,Sarah Lemus, Gabriella Quijada,JoAna Quijada,Thalia and Adam Tidwell,and Adrian Lemus, and great grandchildren, Caleb ✝️ , Delilah, Aaliyah,Arya,Amelia,Evangeline,and Eleo. He is survived by his sisters,Imelda Zamora ,Maria Duron,Brother in law Isidro Duron, Lolo Zamora. Sisters-in-law, Vera, Jennie,Elodia,and Sally,Brother-in-law Henry Peguero and many wonderful nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th ,2025 from. 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Acheson and Graham 7944 Magnolia ave. Riverside CA. 92504 Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26th,2025 at 11:00am at St. Anthony's Church. 3074 Madison Ave. Riverside. Ca. 92504. Burial will follow at 1:00pm at Olivewood Cemetery 3300 Central Ave. Riverside CA. 92506.
