Steven Jesus Lopez Jr.

Born on August 24, 1974, Stevie was known for his big heart, sharp wit, and deep love for his family, friends, and God. He lived his life with joy, humor, and an unwavering devotion to the people he loved most.

He was the beloved husband of Sally Lopez and the proud father to his daughter, Olivia — his greatest joy and the light of his life.

Stevie was a man of deep faith. His belief in God's grace never wavered and brought comfort to those who knew him. He had a gift for making people laugh, for showing up when it mattered, and for making everyone feel seen and valued.

He is survived by his wife, Sally ,his daughter, Olivia; his loving mother, Gracie , sister Renee; and a large extended family of cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends who became like family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steve Lopez Sr.; his grandmother, Hortensia; and grandfather Jesus Martinez, all of whom he loved dearly and is surely reunited with in peace.

A celebration of Stevie’s life will be held on May 2, 2025. Details on the time and location will be shared with family and friends.

Stevie will be forever missed, never forgotten, and always remembered for the love he gave so freely.

A visitation for Steven will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 2, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A reception to follow will occur Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504.
