Ma' thanks for all of the fun memories going to your house every day for lunch, teaching me how to cook and teaching me Spanish while eating the best homemade food ever! I will forever keep these memories in my heart♥️love you and your family always and forever! I am sad to see you go but we will meet again one day! I thank God you don't have to suffer any longer!!!!🙏♥️🙏♥️

Tia, I will never forget how you always included me as one of your own some of my best memories were with you. You always had a cup of coffee, crackers and your bean tacos waiting for me. You would let me sneak into the girls room to try their makeup on and pretend you didn’t know. I will never forget the love and compassion you would show everyone.

Mom, words can’t express the heartbreak I feel in knowing you are not here with us.  My only comfort is in knowing that you are no longer suffering.  There will never be a more loving, generous and kind human being in this world.  Our home was always full of love and you are the reason for that.  I thank you for always showing my kids all the love you showed me. I know that you will always be watching over us and keeping us safe like you did when you were here. To my dearest mother in law- you were a strong woman that had a heart filled with love to share with all.  Thank you for welcoming and loving me and my son Ryan unconditionally.  The love for your boys Nick, Jacob and “su Tony” radiated through the beautiful smile that always greeted us.  Your cooking, let’s talk about that…mole, enchiladas, salsa de tomatillo were your staple and will never be duplicated.  “Vayan a comer” ……  words we always heard and we never left your house without eating as that was one of your joys.  The boys remember having animalito cookies with you.  These are just a few of the things we will miss.  Your absence leaves an enormous void in our hearts.   Thank you for having an amazing son that also has that beautiful trait of yours.. a heart full of love for his family and that beautiful smile of yours. Grandma, you were a shining example of strength and compassion. You always put the needs of others ahead of your own. The more stories I hear of your life the more I am amazed by the person you were. Ama, now that you have gone home to Heaven we are left with so many wonderful memories. Thank you for always being so selfless and putting all of us first, I remember when the paletero would come you would always give us a dollar each so we can get something, and that is something I will forever charish. You were not only my abuelita, but a second mother. I still rememeber "running away" from home and coming over to sleep at your house, you and my Apa sitting there drinking coffee and watching novelas. You are the true definition of a Mexican Abuelita. Forever in our hearts,  We Love You Ama!

Me duele saber que nunca mas voy poder abrazarte pero se que ahora estas en paz, gracias por ser una mama fuerte y carinosa te amo mucho y que Dios te bendiga. Nos vemos en el cielo.

Mamá, gracias por tanto que nos diste, tu amor incondicional y puro, tus enseñanzas. Tus consejos. Fuiste una guerrera incansable y a pesar de las adversidades de la vida jamás te diste por vencida. Te extraño tanto cuando llego a tu casa y no te veo en la ventana, esperándome mi corazón se llena de tristeza, pero cierro mis ojos y te siento cerca de mí, te amo mama, cuida de nosotros desde el cielo.

There are no words to explain such a loss; when we loose those who have done everything, and to whom everything we owe, there is an emotion that carries. Of great sorrow, of regret, anger and fear so intense, that oneself may feel lost in this state of mourning. But as great as a loss that we suffer we must remember what she would have wanted, nay, what’s she would have demanded. That we stick together as a family. That we put our differences aside for something far greater than any of us alone. That in spite of these times of darkness, we become stronger than what we suffer. And to not fear the loss of those we love, but to cherish the fleeting moments we have with them and each other. Because as mi Ama always beloved more than anything. Family is everything

Ama, gracias por ser una mama, abuela, y bis-abuela que siempre nos llenaba de mucho amor y cariño. Desde chiquita no nomas era mi abuelita usted siempre ha sido mi mama. Toda via me recuerdo todas las mañanas que me levantava temprano con mi cafesito y galletitas antes de alistar me para ir a la escuela. Su corazon era y siempre sera el mas grande y el mas lindo del mundo. De no tener la aqui con nosotros me ha cambiado la vida por siempre. Se que fisicamente no esta con nosotros y me duele demasiado estar en esta realidad, pero al mismo tiempo se que siempre estara con nosotros cuidando nos desde el cielo. La amo mucho y la extraño mucho. 

Mamá, quiero agradecerle por los valores que me inculco, por siempre estar a mi lado, por enseñarme a siempre ser fuerte y seguir adelante. Gracias por su amor incondicional y especialmente por su apoyo a sacar mis hijos adelante. Por esto y muchas cosas más, Gracias.

Mama, gracias por ser la gran Madre y amiga que siempre fue.  Aunque la vida le dio tantos golpes, usted siempre siguió adelante fuerte y luchadora.  Siempre con su tierna sonrisa y dulce mirada brindándonos amor incondicional. Voy a extrañar nuestras tasas de café y paseos por su jardín donde me mostraba lo bonitas que estaban sus plantas.  Pero sobre todo extrañaré sus abrazos y esa bendición que con tanta ternura me daba al final de mis visitas.
Aunque me ha quedado un inmenso vacío desde que se fue, me consuela saber que usted ya puede caminar, oír y hablar. ¡Ya no necesita su silla de ruedas, mami! Por fin ya no tiene dolor. Aunque hubiera deseado más tiempo a su lado, ahora les toca disfrutar de usted a la Nena, Abelito, Papa Goyo, Mama Lupe, Tía Lala y sus mis tíos. Estoy segura de que desde donde este nos seguirá bendiciendo.

Siempre la voy a recordar como una gran mujer, fuerte, valiente, amorosa y de gran fe, que nunca se rindio a pesar de grandes tristesas y difficultades.
