Marguerite Smith Johnson

Marguerite Smith Johnson, 82 died Saturday at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. She was born March 7, 1929 in Edgecombe County to the late Marion E. Smith and AlIena Robertson. She was married Dec.7,1947 to Ernest Johnson who died March 13, 1985. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Robersonville First Christian Church.

Surviving are her daughters; Margaret Twine of Greenville, Carrie Webb of Kernersville, Sons; Dennis Johnson, Ernest Johnson,& Carlton Smith Johnson of Robersonville, Sister Betsy Johnson of Robersonville 8 Granddchildren, & 8 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters Patricia Johnson & Linda Johnson.

Services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Chapel in Robersonville by the Rev. Chris Minton, burial will be at Robersonville cemetery.

Visitation will be held Tuesday night from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home in Robersonville, Other times at the Home of Dennis Johnson 25245 Hwy 903
