Mr. Craig Allyn Bozovsky

Craig A. Bozovsky, 29, of Belvidere went to be with the Lord on Sunday July 18, 2010 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born on October 14, 1980 in Rockford, IL to Allyn and Lana(Yates)Bozovsky. Attended Rockford schools and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1998. Craig served his country in the US Army from 1999-2006, stationed in Germany, Kosovo, and Iraq. Married Karen Davidson on October 1, 2004. Employed as a supervisor at Hearing Help Express in DeKalb. Craig enjoyed the companionship of Marty and Jerry, his two boisterous German Shepherds, and Tom, the family cat. He was a stalwart Chicago Bears fan. Attesting to his great generosity, Craig donated his soft heart and other vital organs so that someone else might share the gift of life.

Craig is survived by his wife, Karen; parents, Allyn and Lana; sister, Kathryn(Ray)Bell; nieces, Casey Bozovsky and Nichole Bell; nephew, Isaac Bell. grandmothers Marian Bozovsky and Kathryn Yates; aunts and uncles, Pat(Roger)Finch, Gary Bozovsky, Darrell(Merry)Yates, Janet(Ken)Williams, Teresa Crandall, and Gabe Yates; cousins, Mathew, Aaron, and Haley Bozovsky, Darrell and John Yates, Chad(Julie)Williams, Amy(Edgar)Mendoza,Bridget(Arup)Das, Barb Crandall, Mike(Meghan)Finch, Jill(Chris)Stroup, and Dustin Finch; parents-in-law, Steve and Jane Davidson;brothers-in-law, Bob(Tanya)Davidson and Jim Davidson; Uncle-in-law, Charles(Rebecca)Davidson; Cousins-in-law, Patrick Mcdermott anf Kathy White;

special army buddies (with whom he maintained contact) and many dear friends. Predeceased by grandfathers, Albert Bozovsky and Melvin Yates and Karen's grandparents Willard "BD" and Maxine Davidson.

An inspiring Memorial service in his honor was held on Tuesday, July, 27, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Ron Meyer, at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 7000 West State Street in Rockford. Following the service his cremated remains were interred at Willwood Burial Park with Military Honors, courtesy of the Honor Guard from VFW Post 9759 of Loves Park.
