Albert A. Baldo died on Friday, July 29, 2011 at home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Oneonta, NY on November 3, 1924, the son of Dan and Carolina (Cirillo) Baldo. He moved to Melbourne, FL in August of 1997.
He married Helen Craig Johnson in Oneonta, NY on January 1, 1955. She preceded him in death on January 27, 2000.
Mr. Baldo was a graduate of the Oneonta High School, the State University College of NY, and the Syracuse University College of Law. Until his retirement, he was in the private practice of law and also serviced as Corporation Counsel and City Judge for the City of Oneonta, NY.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine Baldo; two grandchildren, Daniel and Sarah, each of Melbourne, FL.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 from 6 - 8 pm at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 11:00 at Ascension Catholic Church.
Florida Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
