A native of New York City, New York she was born January 8, 1939 the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence Martel. In 2012 she relocated to Brevard County from Manhattan, New York. Alice worked for H&R Block as a Master Tax Advisor and was previously a Controller at a law firm.
Survivors include her sister: Joyce Schlenker; her nieces: Wendy (Marc) Marine, Judy (Jeff) Smith; he nephew: Lou (Shelly) Schlenker; and seven great nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
