Betty will lovingly be remembered by her daughter, Katherine Irene Tsatiris; her son in law, Aaron Rieck; her grandchildren, Ayden and Everleigh Rieck, and her niece, Helen Mary Bass Bowen.
Betty was born in Natchez, Mississippi and moved to Melbourne in the 1960’s. She was a dedicated teacher for over 40 years who always put her students first. She loved the symphony, her family, and spending time with her dear friends.
Friends and family will be received at Saint Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church (5965 N Wickham Rd. Melbourne, FL) on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 11 to 12:30 PM with burial to follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
