Born in Bay Shore, New York to parents Harry Ingersoll and Florence Miller, Bruce relocated to Brevard in 1987 to work for Grumman (previous to Northrop merger in 1994) as an electrical engineer. There he worked on several projects including the lunar landing module. He was a dedicated volunteer firefighter and a devout Christian having served as a Deacon at 1st Baptist of Eau Gallie for many years.
Bruce will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Ellen; daughters, Karen Tozzolo and Denise Ingersoll; grandchildren, Clarissa Podell, Lindsay Podell, and Vincent Ingersoll.
A memorial service will be held at Eau Gallie 1st Baptist Church, 1501 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935 at 11:30 AM.
