

Christine M. Fostvedt, a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025. Born on March 23, 1951, she lived a life full of love, organization, and dedication to her family.
She is survived by her beloved son, Daniel Fostvedt, and her siblings, Nancy Pahl, and John Paternoster. Her family was the heart of her life, and she took great pride in supporting and caring for them, especially her son Daniel through his medical challenges. Christine’s unwavering support and love extended to watching her grandchildren grow up, which brought her immense joy.
A woman of many passions, Christine enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, including her time in New York, where she loved visiting Gurney and listening to the Beatles. She was an avid shopper, with a particular fondness for trips to the Villages of Parkway and cherished the memories of these moments with her loved ones.
Christine had a strong sense of order and was known for her meticulous organization in her daily life. As a health care administrator, she brought that same sense of structure and compassion to her work, making a difference in the lives of those she served. Christine's colleagues often spoke of her dedication and the positive impact she had on her community.
A Memorial Mass for Christine will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ascension Catholic Church, 2950 N Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, Florida 32935. Following the Mass, a committal service will take place from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida. Christine will be laid to rest at Florida Memorial Gardens.
Christine’s legacy of love, care, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
