

After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his enlistment he worked as a Photographer Technician in aircraft used for combat reconnaissance and aerial mapping during the Vietnam war. He was honorably discharged in 1968.
After his military, he worked in several fields. He was a chef for a number of years in the New england area. He later worked as a truck driver before settling in Florida where he began his own home repair and renovation business. He was master painter, carpenter and mason.
Daniel passed away on October 16, 2012 at his home in Rockledge after battling illness for the last several years. He deeply loved spending time with his friends and family. He will be forever missed by all those who loved him.
Mr. Hebert was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Hebert, mother, Virginia Hebert, and brother, Richard Hebert.
He was survived by his son, Marty (Angela) Hebert, Granddaughter, Madi Newberry, Sisters, Linda Souza, Barbara Bemis, Rita McLean, and Theresa Bailey; Brothers, David Hebert, Donald Hebert, and Dennis Hebert.
