

He was born in Baltimore where he attended Calvert Hall College High School and graduated from the University of Lynchburg, Lynchburg, Virginia. Gary and Kim were married in 1989 and settled down in Phoenix, Maryland. They designed and built their dream home which they lived in for more than 20 years. They enjoyed taking care of their home and following their favorite teams, the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. They moved to Melbourne, Florida in 2024.
Gary spent his entire career in the insurance industry as a licensed commercial insurance producer.
Gary and Kim maintained a strong Christian faith and they shared their devotion and respect throughout their 36 year marriage. He will forever be remembered as a kind and gentle soul with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
Kim would like to extend her heartfelt thanks to the staff at Solaris HealthCare for their compassionate care for Gary during his illness.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Frances Rosch and his twin brother, Charles Jr (Bucky). He is survived by his wife, Kim; sisters, Paula (Will) Newton of Chapel Hill, NC and Cheryl (Craig) Meckling of Frederick, MD; brothers-in law, Gary (Jean) Krupinski and Steve (Susan) Krupinski of Melbourne, FL; three nephews and two nieces.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7th at 10 a.m. at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brevard Alzheimer's Foundations, 4676 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL, 32935.
