

Jaime is survived by his daughters, Victoria Fry and husband Michael Fry of Green Castle, IN, Taralyn Costello and husband Leonard Costello, of Rome NY and his sons, Jaime, Jr. and fiancé Desiree Harmon of Altus Ok, Edwin of Seattle, WA and Joey of Tucson, AZ and his former wife Linda, of 25 years and preceded by his former wife Clara Colon; as well as his five grandchildren Celia Costello, Ezra Raul Colon, Grace Fry, Aidan Fry, and preceded Canio Fry. He is also survived by his step-mother, Ada Colon-Rodriguez and his brothers and sisters, Mario Colon Jr, Judith Colon, Ada Febles, Yvette Blas, Olga Colon, Pedro Colon, Mario Colon, Carlos Colon, Yolanda Lugo and sister in law Hilda Colon; and preceded by his father, Mario Colon; and brothers, Richard Colon, Anthony Colon and Mario Jr Colon.
He was a retired Fabrication worker in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and a member of the American Legion.
Jaime was a kind, loving husband, dedicated father, grandfather and friend to many. He was always willing to help and put others before himself. He moved to Rockledge, FL in 2011 to care for his brother Richard Colon, who he loved dearly. He loved the casino, NY Yankees and spending time with his granddaughter, Celia.
He will always be remembered as hardworking, proud of all his children’s accomplishments and most importantly telling everyone that he was “fine” and to “relax”. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
