Lesa Figueroa

VIERA – Passed away at Advent Health Hospital in Orlando at the age of 60 on 5/26/2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Lesa will be lovingly remembered but terribly missed by her husband Juan Figueroa. Loving daughter to Nada McGrew. Dear stepdaughter and sister to Kenneth Leslie, Jules Kigar (Jeff), Angie Buras (Chad) and Tim Hemphill. Loving mother to Chase Maddy, Aubry Young, Trey Figueroa and Tyler Figueroa. Beloved Nani to Emma and Colson. Aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving father Stephen McGrew and Birth-mom Mariellen Leslie.

Lesa was born and raised in Eau Gallie (now Melbourne), Florida and remained in the area her entire life. She attended Eau Gallie High School and then earned her Associates Degree in 2009 while working full time. Lesa worked in Customer Support DATA Management and as a Test Engineer Programmer at TYCO Printed Circuit Group for 20 years, then became a AUTOCAD Drafter Contractor for 2 years at General Electric Digital Energy until she was hired full time by GE for another 15 years as a Customer Support Advocate.

Lesa loved life, was full of energy and had a smile that would brighten anyone’s day. She enjoyed all kinds of music, dancing, staying fit, traveling, sitting on the beach, watching comedies and was always prepared to have a good time. Above all, Lesa loved her children and was a dedicated mother who was supportive and always there when needed. She was loyal to her friends and loved by all who knew her. She was adored by her husband to whom she was married for 10 years. Lesa was taken far too early and will be deeply missed - rest in peace!

Per her wishes, Lesa will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held and the details will be announced soon.
