Mary Louise Yergey

Mary was born to parents, John and Mary Guiles in Reading, PA on April 27, 1934. She was youngest of 8 children. She was raised in a loving household and graduated from Reading High School with all her brothers and sisters.

Mary was an avid reader and lived life to the fullest, especially enjoying time with her dearest friends. She was married to her adoring husband of over 40 years, Benjamin "Ben" Yergey. Together, Mary and Benjamin had one daughter, Eileen. They showed Eileen grand tours of the United States in their RV and built memories camping together and enjoying the outdoors.

Mary relocated from South Florida to Brevard County in the mid-90's where she and Benjamin became heavily involved with the American Legion. In the last 15 years, Mary developed wonderful relationships with agencies devoted to supporting the elderly, which improved her quality of life tremendously.

Mary leaves behind her Daughter, Eileen Navarro and her husband, Rick.

Mary will be deeply missed by those she touched. The family is deeply appreciative of the nursing and administrative staff at Life Care Center of Melbourne and Health First's Holmes Regional Medical Center.

Mary will be laid to rest with Ben at Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell.
