Olga Velasquez McKeel passed away peacefully in Viera, Florida at the age of 63. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Sidney. Dear mother to Alex and Sean (Cassie); beloved sister of Eliana (Don), Magda, Carmen, Alberto, Eugenia (Patricio), Monica; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her adoring parents, Carlos and Olga.
Olga was born in Quito, Ecuador and eventually moved to Melbourne, Florida in 2009. She was a passionate gardener and enjoyer of nature. She loved to be outdoors, whether it meant tending to her flowers and trees, or simply sitting outside and watching as birds visit her garden.
A visitation for Olga will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida. Family and close friends will be received at her funeral service which will occur on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 5655 Stadium Parkway, Rockledge, Florida.
