Wraya,
It’s been over a decade since we last smiled at each other at Southwest. One of my favorite memories is when you made me chocolate cupcakes for my 15th birthday. Every year since, I only ever have those, never a cake. Whenever Paramore or Hayley talks about new music I think of you and how you’d react. I still carry around bracelets and a drawing of yours that Sammi gave me. I miss you so much and I’ll always remember you.

Wraya, I can't believe it's been 10 years already. I still remember you as one of my first friends in middle school, and how you stood up to my bullies. I miss you so much every single day. I love you.

5yrs. to the day and we never miss you less

4 years later and still there's not a day that i dont think about you wraya. I miss you and always will, you were one of my best friends and I wanted you to know that I still think about you :) <3

Dear Stacey & Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I wish I could say something to help  but I know nothing I say will ease your pain.Gary & I have many memories of Wraya growing up and those will always be in our hearts. you described Wraya as a loveable "rebel"and that was perfect because that was her.We are always here if you want to talk.god bless your family.

  I can not say I know how you are feeling but I do know that my heart is breaking. I always called her my Angel.I guess she really is now.She is the one that made days good when I was feeling down. Her great big smile and all the hugs and kisses any Aunt could want. I know since she has gotten bigger I haven't got to spend much time with Wraya but I have always loved her and had her in my thoughts.Just remember my sweet Stacy I am always here for you. Dear wraya's family, I'm sorry for your loss. All the things you had to say at the memorial were amazing. I was at one point good friends with wraya, but after time that slipped away. I wish so much that it hadn't. I wish I could have been closer to such an amazing person. You may not see her, but always remember..she's not gone.

We recently lost our daughter Brianna who was a student at SWMS. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family & Wraya's friends as you all go through this most difficult time.

Dear Stacey, I am sorry, but this morning I had a few minutes and wrote a short poem that reflects just how much Wraya meant and will always mean to Patricia. I hope you don't feel this is inappropriate, I don't mean it as such, it just came out after I watched Trish ride and ride last night to help her deal.

                                           Patricia's Grief

Upon her rollerblades, she flies.
She flies to run from her heart's pain.
She flies and thinks of other things,
   but ALL distractions are in vain.

Her mind and heart are with her friend.
A spirit much too young to die,
   who rambled on the railroad tracks,
   while angels watched her from on high.

They greeted her with open arms,
  while those below were left in pain.
Each grieves in his or her own way.
My DAUGHTER rides her blades,
               AGAIN. . .

Dear Stacey, Tim, Andrew and all of Wraya's family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss. I couldn't go to the memorial because of my younger kids, but Ed and Patricia were there. I can't believe what happened and I can't even begin to imagine how you are feeling and what you are going through. I know if I lost Patricia, or any of my kids, I would be devastated, so please accept my heartfelt condolences at this terrible time. I am praying for you and for Wraya and the other girls as well. I know they are at peace, in God's loving arms, but I still can't fathom lives cut so short. Patricia will always have Wraya in her heart, as you already know, and if you need anything at all we are here. God bless you and comfort you through this difficult time and may knowing that you will be reunited  with your baby girl when your time comes somehow ease the burden of not having her here physically. I remember when I first moved here, Wraya was my best friend. We did everything together, & always had fun. Our familes were pretty much together as one, & we though of eachother as sisters. I'll never forget her. My prayers go out to her family. I love and miss you so much. <3
