Barbara Ann Bova

Daughter of David and Mozella Allman, Barbara was born on February 10, 1938 in Louisville, KY. She is survived by her husband Frank Phillip Bova of Rogers, AR; daughter Kristy Ann Bova of Rogers, AR; son Craig Thomas Bova and his wife Lori Ann of Hobbs, NM; son-in-law Denny Bell of Rogers, AR; grandchildren Dr. Matthew Ryan Bell of Lausanne, Switzerland; Jared Michael Bell of Rogers, AR; Camryn Nicole Bell of Rogers, AR; Preston Thomas Bova and his wife Erin of Lubbock, TX; and Olivia Katherine Bova of West Palm Beach, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Teresa Kelly Bell (Bova) of Rogers, AR, brother Richard Dale Allman of Louisville, KY, David Lee Allman of Colorado Springs, CO, and granddaughter Maddison Grace Bova of Springdale, AR.

Barbara married Frank July 2, 1960, in Louisville, KY, and moved to Springdale, AR, in 1982. She held various positions while Frank worked for, and retired from, American Air Filter. Barbara was a sacrificial giver who loved her family. She volunteered faithfully at First Christian Church of Springdale, AR, feeding various groups. Barbara was a voracious reader, reading over a book per week every year, and an avid Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan.
