He is survived by his parents, a brother, Bryan Lee Herrera of Tontitown, Paternal Grandparents, Adolfo Herrera Serrano and Amalia Macias Herrera, Paternal Great Grandparents, Refugio Herrera and Guadalupe Serrano, 14 Aunts and Uncles on his fathers side, and 5 Aunts and Uncles on his mothers side. He also leaves behind numerous Cousins and he also leaves behind a family of Friends, Fellow Students and Co-Workers, Teachers and Care Givers. All will be touched by his memories.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony, Twin Sisters, Debra and Natasha and by his Maternal Grandparents.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th at 2:00 PM at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
