Carol Edwards

Carol and her husband, Gene, worked together at their trucking company, Edwards Trucking, as well as their daughter, Rhonda, grandson Phillip, and son Bradley. She was a member of the Southside Church of Christ in Rogers for many years. She was also a member of the Westville, Oklahoma Church of Christ and West Fork Church of Christ.

Survivors include daughters, Laurie McCarley (Billy) of West Fork, Rhonda Boone (Randy) of Rogers; brothers, Larry Thompson of Rogers, Jimmie Thompson of Eudora, Ks., Richard Thompson of Allen, Tx., Danny Thompson of Rogers; sister, Debbie Eversole of Gentry; grandchildren Phillip Edwards, Stephanie Bowman, Ashley Bush, Carmen Davis, Julie Boone, Savanna Youngblood; 12 great-grandchildren; and lifelong friend Roy Pettigrew of Springdale.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gene Edwards; son, Bradley Edwards; sister, Georgia Hopkins; and brothers, Frank and Oscar Thompson.
