I was just getting to know Gabriel this year in my English class, and I am so saddened by his untimely death. He was quiet and soft spoken, and always listening.  I will remember his sweet quiet ways, and how he was always kind and respectful. I pray for peace and comfort for all who knew him. He is missed. 

Gabriel was my student in Economics this year so I was still getting to know him. He was sweet and respectful. Our class misses him. My thoughts and prayers go to his family at this difficult time especially to Hector who was also one of my students.

Gabriel had the best smile and such a kind heart. I enjoyed having him in class and he will be missed at RHS. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

 Gabe was definately a gentle soul and always there to lend a helping hand. I will miss seeing him walk through my classroom at RHS and getting to greet him each day. He was an amazing student! Even though I never talked to Gabriel I would always go to the games and support the team with all their winnings. Just seeing Gabriel, so happy about winning and doing one of the things he loved was just so heart warming because you could see it on his face that he really meant it. I’m so sorry for what his family is going through right now, but always know that he’s in heaven and he will be there for you even if you can’t see him. God bless/ you are never alone 

Gabriel was a nice guy and a great friend, even though we don't chat a lot, he would goof around and having fun when I'm around him. May he rest in God's hands. You'll always be in our hearts and memories. 

I met Gabriel when I started playing soccer for the RAC I had no friends at the time and we clicked at practice. We understood eachother on the field and had a good dynamic. For my first Photo shoot I chose him to join me in my photo and since then we were good friends. I later came to find out my brother in law was actually his godfather which made us even closer. This is so damn tragic I mean it when I say he was a gentle soul and never did anything to harm anyone. My condolences to the family I can't imagine the pain you guys are in. Rest in power Gabriel my favorite teammate.

Gabriel was one of the nicest guys I knew. He would always talk to me and make me smile with all the conversations we had. I would wake up to a good morning text first thing every morning. It's crazy to think I had just seen him Friday and was texting him the night of. He was the kindest true hearted person I knew. Gabriel made an impact on everyone he came across. He didn't deserve what happened to him and he'll always be in our hearts. Gabriel has always been and always will be a real one. Thank you for being apart of my life. LLG <3

I’m truly sorry for your loss. Gabriel and I weren’t close but we had Bonnie grimes, elmwood, and rogers high school. In those times, he was such a beast in soccer. It would be so fun and everyone would get intimidated because he was such an amazing kicker:,)they’d want him in their team every time. Gabriel has always treated me with kindness. You raised him well. 

So sorry Becca you are having to go through this.  My heart hurts for you and everyone.  I am so glad we all got together at the lake this summer.  It was so good to get to see everyone.    Even though I don't see you very often, just know I am here and love you all.

Gabriel was the best student. He was caring and sweet to everyone. I pray that the family is surrounded with love during this shockingly tragic time. I will miss his sweet spirit.
