Harold was a lifelong resident of the area who enjoyed playing the guitar, singing, and spending time with his family and grand kids. For 29 years he was a truck driver and loved being on the road. He was member of the Northern Cherokee Tribe of Missouri and Arkansas.
Survivors include his sons, David Foster of Rogers and Justin Foster of Bentonville; his brother, Elza P. Foster and wife Cheryl of Bentonville; his sister, Carla Rash and husband Vince of Rogers; 7 grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Edward Foster and Martha Sue Pendley Foster Presley; step-parents, Barbara Lynn Boatman Foster and Bobby Presley; daughter, Sonja Joann Foster; and sister, Diana Lynn Lewis.
