Jane Simpkins passed away on Monday during the early morning hours. Jane was a lover of all things purple, an avid people watcher and never met a dog that she did not love. Jane was Mama to Darrin Honn and Amanda Akwei who will miss her crooked smile and stubborn ways. Her twin Judy Hahn will miss her first best friend. She was lucky enough to have a niece Hona Skinner who loved her like a mother and a baby brother John Acord who saw their mother Cleo Acord in her short hair. There are nieces and grandkids, sisters and brothers that she loved who she sometimes forgot to call but were always on her mind. God comforted her and so did long naps. Rest well, Mama.
