Jerry Lee Booth of Rogers passed away on September 6, 2015. He was born on August 30, 1948 in Rogers to Jesse and Opal Booth.
Survivors include his wife, Doris; children, Tim Booth (Kristy) of Alma, Jessica Caulkins (Rob) of Pea Ridge; stepchildren Keith Garms (Jaime), Keri Wilson (Wes), both of Centerton; sisters Judy and Dianna; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
