Joe was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, and went to work for Emerson Electric following four years of service. Emerson took him with his wife and children from Colorado to Rogers in 1965 and after 40 years, he retired in 1994.
He was a long-time member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, and was an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his children, Vickie Nuttleman and husband Fred of Rogers, Mike Patti of Springdale, Kathleen Doll and husband Scott of Bethlehem, Penn.; grandchildren, Michelle DeWeese and husband John, Melissa Lapham and husband Marc, Jessica Haviland and husband Josh, Jeremy Doll and wife Darlene, Amber Doll; and great grandchildren, Krista, Elijah, and Micah.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Patti.
