Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Phelps; mother, Bobbe Bass of Scio, Oregon; daughters, Kristina Brewer and husband Jason of Centerton, Kaleena Lee of Bentonville; grandchildren, Aubrey, Samantha and Korie; siblings, Gary Bass, Darlene Gwartney, Carolyn Hayter, Steve Bass, Jodie Lewis and Robert Bass; and the countless lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Sam Bass, and a brother, Richard Bass.
Visitation will be 5-7pm on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Funeral services will be 10am on Friday in the Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will follow.
