Levi C. Atwood

He worked at New Park, Shipyard in Houston Texas for many years before moving to Rogers. He belonged to the Masonic Lodge and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He served with the United States Army in WWII.

Levi was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Edwina Atwood; brothers, Ray, Jack, and Freddy; and son-in-law, Madison Whitlock.

He is survived by his 6 daughters, Melba Atwood, Gail James (Lynn), and Bobbie Casto (Vincent) all of Texas, Diane Whitlock of Missouri, Patricia Doss (Danny) of Rogers, and Peggy Magnusson (Gary) of Missouri; 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

A visitation will be on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 5-7pm in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 10am with military honors to take place at the chapel. Burial will be at Diamond Cemetery in Diamond, Missouri at 1pm.
