Lodema Carol Nelson, 85, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on October 23, 2024. Born to Dwayne Welch and Norma Ash on September 6, 1939, of the Pine Log community. Lodema will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She loved gardening and birdwatching at her home in Rogers and really enjoyed her travels to many different countries with her beloved husband, Dan.
Lodema was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Daniel Wayne Nelson; her parents, Dwayne Welch and Norma Ash; and her son-in-law, Ronald Rhinehart.
She is survived by her daughters, Dalette Rhinehart of Rogers and Dana Pilaczynski, husband Chris of Napa, CA; four grandchildren, Nicole Olson (Sheldon) of Bentonville, Tyler Burns (Kayla) of Bentonville, Bryce and Siena Howard of Napa, CA; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Dennis Ash of Springdale, Merle Ash (Patti) of Aurora, MO, and Carroll Ash of Nixa, MO and several nieces and nephews.
